That one big word FATE. How is it that upon sight, you like some ppl and some you dun. You just dun. Do you believe in KARMA? I definitely do. Like money karma, relationship karma, work karma, life karma. haha..

This is such a big big world and yet you meet the people you do. Don't you ever wonder what made you crossed paths, get to know each other and all? Some ppl come and go, some worm their way into your heart and stay there forever. Is it reali how we treat each other? Or is it some other thing?

And so some things, I believe you cant take too hard. You can just take it in stride. Have you ever heard the story about the monk? It goes like that;

" There was this gal whose bf left her after 7 years together,*maybe its the 7 yr itch* haha im kiddin.. the email just states 7 years . OK, i go on. The gal was of course devastated. She was heartbroken and wanted to take her own life by the pond. And then a monk came by and stopped her and asked her what was the matter? She was super devastated and told the monk the whole story. "I loved him so much for all these years, how could he do that?!", she wailed.

Then seeing the poor gal looking so sad, the monk took out an old mirror and told her to look into it. And there in the mirror, she saw these scenes; There was a long stretch of beach and upon closer look, she saw an exposed dead body on shore. It lay there for a fair bit of time before someone walked past. But the person did not do anything about the body. This person just gave it a glance and walked away. The second person that came along took out a piece of cloth and covered the body before walking away. And the third person that came along dug a hole and buried the body.

The images faded away and the gal looked puzzled. She turned to the monk with a questioning look.

The monk put the mirror away and explained. That body belonged to your bf in his past life. The first person who just walked past it, they were not fated to meet in this life. The 2nd person who covered his body? That was you, my girl. And so in this life, he took care of you for 7 years. And the 3rd person who buried his body, he will take care off his whole life. And that will be his wife. So, dun be too sad, my gal. With that, he gave her a patz and left."

And that my friend, is the story that I cannot forget. Im not sure how many of you believe in things like KARMA. But, i do. I suddenly felt like blogging about this because I suddenly got to thinking how all our paths crossed. So many ppl in the country and yet, we meet the ppl we meet. So many ppl to choose from and yet we choose the ppl we choose.

It's fate and good karma all rolled into one, my friends. " )

But of course, fate lets you meet the ppl u meet. It still takes loads of give and take, care and concern and the effort to make it all work!
